2. Masked Tenant Inquiries

Tenant phone numbers and identities are masked in the Lead Exchange until an owner unlocks them using credits.

3. Encrypted KYC Storage

Owner DHBVN electricity bills and tenant Aadhaar verifications are stored in private S3 storage buckets with strict cryptographic access control.
