2. Authentic Verified PG Standards
"Verified PG" badges are earned strictly through physical audit and electricity bill checks. Verified badges are NEVER sold.
3. Direct Landlord Agreements
Rental agreements, monthly tariffs, and security deposit terms are executed directly between the tenant and independent PG operators.
